Steve Horne

Stephen Horne is a Partner / Vice President at Elm Street Development, where Stephen has been since June 2005. Previously, Stephen worked as a Principal Consultant at IBM / PricewaterhouseCoopers from February 1999 to May 2003, and as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen from May 1997 to February 1999. Stephen earned their MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2005, and their B.S. in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in 1997.
