Ebony D. Howard, MBA, is an experienced program manager at The ELMA Philanthropies, where responsibilities include managing the grants portfolio of The ELMA Music Foundation, focusing on youth development through music investments in the United States. Ebony's work aims to create opportunities for youth to study and create music, regardless of socio-economic background. Previous experience includes a fellowship with ABFE, The Association of Black Foundation Executives, and a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Global Business, specializing in Strategy and Leadership from Rutgers Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Social Justice from Saint Peter's University.
