Jingyi Song

Jingyi Song is a Program Officer in Health at The ELMA Philanthropies since September 2020. Prior experience includes consulting roles focused on health policy and procurement during COVID-19 for multiple organizations, including Spark Street Advisors and the Department of Health South Africa. Academic experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia | SIPA was complemented by project leadership in mental health research for Better Work. Contributions to sexual and reproductive health guidelines were made as an Independent Consultant for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where previous roles included Program Manager for HIV Self Testing and various positions related to health financing and access. Jingyi Song holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia | SIPA, a Summer Programme from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a Business Science degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
