Ilja Naumenko

Ilja Naumenko has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Construction Project Manager for the All-Russian Voluntary Fire Organization, where they led a team and managed various business processes. From 2016, they ventured into entrepreneurship and founded their own business in knitwear manufacturing. In 2019, Naumenko joined MASVENT as a Construction Project Manager and Key Account Manager, where they established a new department for tender procedures and oversaw contract implementation. Currently, they are working at ELMA as an IT Project Manager. In this role, they have undertaken various responsibilities such as creating comprehensive instructions, dividing tasks among teams, and implementing a new business process management system across multiple departments. Naumenko has also developed a course on project management tools for other team members.

Ilja Naumenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Power Engineering and Automation of Ships from Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University. Their education at the university spanned from 2011 to 2020. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained a certification in Google Project Management from Google.
