Mircea Olaru

Mircea Olaru has extensive experience in project management, site management, and quality assurance in various companies. At Eren Grup, Mircea worked as a Site Manager for the "lPSO Delivery Park for John Deere’s agricultural equipment’s" project in Timisoara, Romania. At ELMAS S.R.L., Mircea holds the title of Project Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for drafting technical documentation and testing equipment for official authorization. Prior to this, at ICCO, Mircea served as a Quality Manager and Site Manager, focusing on drafting quality procedures and identifying production processes.
