Lavon Butler

Lavon Butler has extensive experience in various roles within educational and hospitality settings. Since October 2017, Lavon has worked at Carroll University as MDR and PIT, managing food service tasks. Additionally, Lavon serves as an assistant coach for both the women's and men's basketball teams at Club 400 Waukesha since June 2018. Experience in the hospitality field includes serving as a bar back and bartender at Club 400, as well as holding positions such as server, host, and dishwasher at The Clarke Hotel from November 2021 to February 2023. Volunteering at Elmbrook Church and working in the coffee cafe at Fox River Christian Church demonstrates Lavon's commitment to community service. Lavon previously contributed as an assistant men’s basketball coach and custodian at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha from October 2015 to February 2017. Lavon holds a degree in Graphic Design from Carroll University, earned between 2008 and 2012, and completed secondary education at Waukesha North High School and Audubon Middle School.
