Elmcrest Children's Center provides residential and community-based services to assist children and families in need, and to improve the safety and quality of life for these individuals. Some of the services include critical care and group emergency foster care, health care integration, skill building, family/caregiver support services and in-home support services.

They have degrees from SUNY Geneseo/OCC/SUNY Empire, Thiel College, and State University of New York College at Oswego.
