Kareem Salah

Kareem Salah is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as Head of Engineering at elmenus since January 2021, where responsibilities include improving business KPIs, collaborating with product management, and leading cross-team projects. Prior to this, Kareem held positions at elmenus as Backend Team Lead (Acting As) and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on backend service development using Scala and Java. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Sumerge Software Solutions and Trendak, with expertise in Java EE, Python, and Django. Kareem also served as a System Administrator for the Egyptian Army and held a technical support position at Vodafone Egypt. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was obtained from Helwan University, complemented by a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
