Mary Pat Lambert

Mary Pat Lambert has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as an HR Generalist at Elmer's Products, Inc. since September 2006. In this role, responsibilities include coaching and advising executives and employees on various HR matters, along with project management for special initiatives. Prior to this position, Mary Pat Lambert was a Senior Trainer at Ashland from March 1998 to August 2006, where instructor-led training focused on SAP modules and leadership development. Earlier in the career, Mary Pat Lambert worked as an Executive Assistant at Enron from December 1985 to March 1998. Mary Pat Lambert holds a degree from Otterbein University and attended Bradford Business School.
