Heather Wheeler Dixon

Heather Wheeler Dixon is an experienced compliance professional with a diverse background in multifamily compliance and business development. Currently, Heather serves in a compliance role at ARBOUR VALLEY MANAGEMENT, LLC, and previously held the position of Senior Compliance Specialist at Elmington since 2022. From August 2017 to April 2024, Heather managed compliance at Cambridge Management, Inc. Additionally, Heather provided consulting services to owners and management companies as a consultant for Affordable Housing Consultant and Contract Trainer, conducting file reviews and assisting with state audits and tenant certifications.
