Rachel Roberts

Rachel Roberts, CAM, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Elmington, following a progression through various roles including Vice President Operations and Regional Vice President. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager at Brookside Properties, Inc. and at Embrey, where Rachel held the position of Regional Manager and Community Manager. Previous roles span across community management and customer service at companies such as Greystar, S&S Property Management, and Old Dominion Management Company, contributing significantly to occupancy rate increases and property management efficiency. Rachel began a career in customer service at T-Mobile and RBT Inc, ultimately developing skills in team leadership and customer satisfaction. Rachel's educational background includes attendance at Middle Tennessee State University from 2009 to 2011.
