Beth Manwaring

Beth Manwaring has extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as the Public Information Coordinator for Elmira City School District since October 2017. Prior to this role, Beth held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at The Rockwell Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate, from January 2005 to October 2017. Beth holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing and Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
