Jeffrey Hsu has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Jeffrey is currently the Founder and CEO of elmntri, a startup studio focused on building nutrition-led companies that address healthspan using biochemical first principles. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Makers East, where they worked on various projects related to startups, manufacturing supply chain, nutrigenomics, functional health, microbiome, AI, wearables, and more. Jeffrey also held the position of Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at CIeNET Technologies (now ISIN: FR0000071946), a software engineering firm. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Taitone Wangshi and co-founded and was the CEO of Maibo Media, a content pioneer that was eventually acquired by RenRen and Moka. Jeffrey Hsu also worked as the Managing Director at Klero, co-founded and served as the Chief Product Officer of Vettro, and worked as a Senior Consultant and Engineering Team Lead at Andersen Consulting.

Jeffrey Hsu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
