Neta Hornik

Neta Hornik is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Elmo Motion Control since July 2022. Previously, Neta held the position of Sourcing Specialist at Dialog from May 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Human Resource Assistant at Migdal Group, where responsibilities included administrative services and managing employee contracts. Neta also led the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Team at World ORT Kadima Mada from 2019 to 2020, overseeing recruitment for a national program aimed at supporting children unable to attend school due to physical or medical conditions. Neta holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource & Sociology from Ariel University, earned between 2019 and 2021.
