Yaacov Nassee

Yaacov Nassee has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and insurance sectors. Yaacov is currently serving as the VP Information Systems (Chief Information Officer) at Elmo Motion Control since 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at The Israeli Phoenix from 2012, where they transitioned from managing IT teams to leading the Policyholder Entitlements Department Headquarters and Finance Division. In this role, they managed 8 teams and approximately 120 employees, focusing on customer retention and regulatory compliance. Yaacov also served as the Department Manager for SAP financial applications development & integration, managing 6 teams and finding business solutions for investments and finance divisions. Additionally, they held the position of Head of integration & development SAP, providing technological support and building long-term strategies for the organization.

Before joining The Israeli Phoenix, Yaacov Nassee worked at Clal Insurance from 2006 to 2012. Yaacov held the role of SAP Development Manager & UX, responsible for development tasks and user experience. Yaacov also worked as an ABAP developer, specializing in financial and insurance ERP modules.

Earlier in their career, Yaacov Nassee served as the Developers Team Leader at Master computer LTD from 1999 to 2005. Yaacov began their professional journey as a Senior Programmer at the Israeli lottery in 1998.

Yaacov Nassee obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science - Web technologies (cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University. Yaacov completed their undergraduate studies from 2012 to 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in finance, innovation, and entrepreneurship (cum laude) at Bar-Ilan University from 2016 to 2017.
