Sergei Krainov

Sergei Krainov has worked in the software engineering and system administration fields since 2010. Sergei started their career at Taxnet Service as a System Administrator, where they supported customer infrastructure and provided consulting. In 2012, they moved to Altoros as a System Administrator, where they supported internal infrastructure and prepared virtual environments for developers. In 2013, they worked at Amasty as a System Administrator, where they set up a test environment for testing websites on different webservers. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at IBA Group as a C++ Developer/Software Engineer, where they developed and supported terminal emulation software and wrote Perl, vbs, and ksh scripts. Since 2018, they have been working at Seavus as a C++ Developer/Software Engineer, where they redesigned and implemented ECS_PUT, developed a multi-platform data gathering library and tool, and wrote automated scripting tests. In 2021, they began working at ELMODIS as a C++ Developer/Software Engineer.

Sergei Krainov obtained their Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Kazan National Research Technological Univercity between 2007 and 2011. In 2015, they obtained two certifications from Red Hat: Red Hat Certified Engineer and Red Hat Certified System Administrator.
