Kshitij Patil

Kshitij Patil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and program development in the education and sports sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at ELMS Sports Foundation, Kshitij focuses on curriculum design for Physical Education and teacher training programs. Prior experience includes co-founding and directing the Art of Play Foundation, where organizational processes were developed for strategic growth. Kshitij has also worked as a Communication Researcher and Strategist at Centre of Gravity Consulting, effectively completing projects in behavior change communication with prominent partners. Previous roles at Piramal Foundation involved leadership in education programs and change management in rural government schools. Kshitij holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Leadership from Azim Premji University and earned a Master's in Computer Applications, alongside a Bachelor's in Physics from Fergusson College.
