Ryan Kimmet, Ed.D is the Head of School at Elmwood Franklin School. Prior to this role, Kimmet served as the Associate Head of School and Head of Lower and Middle School at Greene Street Friends School. With over two decades of experience in education, Kimmet has held various teaching and leadership positions at New Canaan Country School. Ryan holds a Doctor of Education degree in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Additionally, Kimmet has a Master of Education in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Master of Arts in the Teaching of English from the same institution. Ryan earned their Bachelor of Arts in English from Skidmore College.
