Kassandra Shaw

Kassandra Shaw is a dedicated wildlife and animal care professional with extensive volunteer experience spanning over a decade. Current roles include serving as an Education Volunteer at Elmwood Park Zoo since May 2015, where responsibilities involve educating visitors about animal exhibits. Previous experience includes wildlife rehabilitation at Centre Wildlife Care and Aark Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center, as well as providing pet care at Preppy Pet Inc. Kassandra also participated in a conservation trip to South Africa with Reach Out Volunteers, engaging in wildlife tracking and community development projects. Kassandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Penn State University, earned between 2012 and 2015, and a high school diploma from Central Bucks East High School.
