Tracy Lee has extensive experience in assistive technology and communication disorders, currently serving in Special Projects at The Gramon Family of Schools since September 2015, focusing on preparing students for lifelong success. As a member of the Board of Trustees for NJCART since 2000, Tracy advocates for the use of technology to support individuals with disabilities. Previously, Tracy held the position of Director of ATLAS at Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey from January 2004 to August 2015, leading initiatives in assistive technology services and overseeing a team dedicated to AAC and AT assessments. This role included responsibilities in grant writing, marketing, staff supervision, and professional training. Tracy began professional career as an AAC Specialist with the LADACIN Network from August 1998 to December 2003. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Communication Disorders and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, both from Penn State University. Tracy is licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist and certified as an Assistive Technology Professional.
