Anthony P.

Anthony P. has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 with Knox County as a Purchasing Manager and later becoming a Senior Purchasing Manager. Anthony oversaw the purchasing and project management of capital projects and major renovations, securing financing for multimillion-dollar projects.

From 2011 to 2019, Anthony worked at Pilot Flying J, initially as a Purchasing Agent and later as an Associate Category Manager and Product Manager. In these roles, they managed procurement, logistics, and inventory, achieving cost savings and implementing innovative contracting procedures. Anthony also developed new revenue channels and drove increases in stock availability, profits, and customer purchases.

From 2019 to 2022, Anthony served as a Director at Enterprise Oil, where they implemented strategies for business planning, supply chain operations, and financial management. Anthony achieved cost reductions, fostered modernization of business systems, and drove a significant increase in company top-line business results through sales team management.

In 2021, Anthony became an Area Operations Manager at Universal Environmental Services, where they directed operations for multiple locations, generating increased sales through improved resource allocation.

Currently, Anthony works at Elo Touch Solutions as a Pricing and Analytics Manager.

Anthony P. has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Tusculum University. Anthony also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Lincoln Memorial University. In addition, Anthony P. has obtained a certification as a Certified Public Procurement Buyer from NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement in March 2010.
