Kevin Cole has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the technology industry. Kevin began their career in 1984 at Motorola Semiconductor as the Director of High Tier 2-way radios, where they served until 1993. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Director of Tactical Marketing until 1997. In 1998, they joined Motorola as the Senior Director of Product Management & Operations for Motorola CDMA Infrastructure, where they were responsible for defining the product portfolio roadmap and overseeing sourcing and production. During their tenure, they successfully managed the Brazil manufacturing facility project.

In 2004, Cole moved to Motorola Mobility, where they held several Vice President roles. As the VP of CTO Strategic Component Teams from 2004 to 2009, they defined component roadmaps and managed component engineers and procurement teams for all cellular handsets. Kevin also implemented a clean-sheet based cost analysis process for selecting effective designs and cost variables. As the VP of Emerging & Specialty Products from 2009 to 2011, Cole analyzed technology trends and integrated new technologies into cellular handsets, accessories, and IoT devices. Kevin merged these technologies into the product portfolio to gain a competitive advantage. Lastly, as the VP of Memory, Mass Storage and Imaging Systems Procurement from 2010 to 2011, they managed a team responsible for a $3 billion spend on critical components, effectively reducing costs and meeting quarterly targets.

Currently, Cole is with Elo Touch Solutions as the Vice President of Global Product Management, a role they have held since 2011.

Kevin Cole earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management & Economics from Texas Tech University in the years 1972 to 1976. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance at Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 1978 to 1981. Additionally, they hold the certification of Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Motorola, with the specific month and year of obtaining the certification being unspecified.
