Kirsi Mäkelä

Kirsi Mäkelä is a skilled development manager with extensive experience in project management and program development within the health and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Elo since January 2019, Kirsi previously held roles as a Project Manager at the Technology Industries of Finland, where involvement in the Work Cycle Carries project aimed to improve skills management across different age groups in technology firms. Prior experience includes positions as a Project Planner at Satakunta Hospital District, focusing on enhancing services for high-risk groups, and Project Manager at Prizztech Oy, where Kirsi contributed to strategic age management initiatives.
