Erica Kolbe

Erica Kolbe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Erica currently works at Elo7 as a Senior Product Designer, where they are responsible for enhancing the user experience within the payments squad. Prior to this, they worked at Modal Bank as a User Experience Lead, leading a team and implementing improvements in the onboarding experience. Erica'swork was recognized and awarded as the Best Onboarding Evolution of 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Product Designer and Mid-level Product Designer at Modal Bank, where they conducted usability tests, developed wireframes and prototypes, and analyzed competitor performance. Erica also has experience as a digital designer at a freelance capacity, where they conducted target audience mapping and planned advertising campaigns. Erica was involved in projects for clients such as EcoSquare and Camarote do Reino. Erica's earlier roles include working as a graphic designer, social media, and web designer at Escola Cafeína, where they managed campaigns and developed interfaces for websites. Erica also worked as a designer intern at Universo MW8, gaining experience in graphic and digital design processes for clients such as Subway and Samsung. Erica's work experience began with a mentorship in Graphic Expression at Universidade Salvador.

Erica Kolbe has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 2014, they attended Universidade Salvador where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design e Comunicação com ênfase em Meios Digitais. This program lasted until 2018. In 2019, Erica enrolled in Tera and obtained a diploma in User Experience Design. This same year, they also attended Mergo User Experience for a UX Weekend program. In 2020, Erica completed the UI/UX Basics Experience, Interface & Prototype course at Cel.Lep. Additionally, Erica has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include a UX Research course from Udemy, a Product Masterclass from Product School, and a Scrum Certified credential from SCRUMstudy. Erica also completed the Estaçã Hack program from Facebook and obtained a User Experience Design certification from Tera. Erica has a strong background in design, communication, and user experience, and they continuously seek to expand their expertise in these areas.
