Christian Gough

Christian Gough has worked in various roles in the IT field since 2003. Theirfirst job was as a System Administrator at Columbia University's Department of Electrical Engineering. Christian then moved on to MLB Advanced Media, where they managed infrastructure for mlb.com and related sites. In 2012, they became a Systems Engineer at Democracy Now!, assisting in the production, encoding and distribution of the daily show. In 2014, they began working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Ticket Evolution, maintaining production websites and building test and development environments for rails developers. In 2018, they became a DevOps Engineer at Braze (formerly Appboy), managing a large production website with ruby and chef. In 2019, they were an SRE at Resy, introducing terraform, packer and ansible for infrastructure management. In 2020, they began working as an SRE at Algorithmia, providing a multi-cloud, scaling kubernetes platform for ML models. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps Engineer at eLocal.

Christian Gough attended Livingston High School and graduated with a B.A. from New York University. Christian also obtained a certification in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in September 2022.
