Thibault Colas

Thibault COLAS has extensive experience in quality, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Responsable QSE at Elogen since January 2016, where responsibilities include implementing and managing a quality management system (ISO9001) and promoting HSE culture. Previously, Thibault held roles as Chargé de projet QSE and Technicien superieur en recherche et développement at Elogen, focusing on process organizational approaches and laboratory metrology. Prior to Elogen, Thibault worked at Industrelec from March 2011 to December 2015, first as a Référent et animateur pôle analyse de gaz, and then as Technicien de maintenance en analyse de gaz, ensuring the maintenance of gas analysis installations. Educational qualifications include a Professional Coach certification from Coaching Ways France and a QSE Manager training from CESI École de Formation des Managers, alongside a BTS MAI and Bac STI GE from Lycée Léonard de Vinci.
