Maryna Synchylo has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and coaching. Maryna is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Elogic Commerce since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Life & Business Coach since September 2022, collaborating with the company's owner and team to implement the company's vision and support growth. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant starting from November 2019. Maryna also served as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Manager at Akvelon, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2023. Maryna held the position of Head of People Operations at Uinno from December 2020 to August 2021. Maryna's other roles include People Partner at Qwerty.Software from November 2019 to March 2021, People Partner/Head of HR Department at UDTech from July 2018 to November 2019, HR Generalist at Епіцентр К from June 2017 to July 2018, and Recruiting Team Lead at Extract from May 2016 to May 2017. Maryna Synchylo completed their education in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Maryna obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Zaporizhia State Engineering Academy between the years 2007 and 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the same institution, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
