Palash Balani

Palash Balani has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and project management. Palash started their career as a Summer Intern at CDAC ATC Jaipur in 2017, where they worked on PHP projects. In 2018, they joined Mobiloitte as a Business Development Executive, focusing on software development for emerging technologies such as Blockchain and IoT.

In 2019, Palash joined Infodart Technologies Ltd. as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for acquiring new projects, leading a team, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver high-quality products.

From 2019 to 2023, Palash worked at Aarav Solutions as a Senior Business Development Consultant and later as a Business Development Consultant. Their responsibilities included building teams for various technologies, such as mobile and web development, IoT, and Blockchain, and promoting businesses through IT solutions.

Starting in 2021, Palash took on an extended role as an Account Executive cum Scrum Master with Edison Interactive, working closely with Aarav Solutions. In this role, they managed project scopes and timelines, facilitated Agile frameworks, and resolved conflicts to ensure successful project delivery.

Most recently, Palash joined eLogicTech Edge in 2023 as a Sr. Business Development Associate, where they continue to contribute their expertise in business development.

Palash Balani attended Gyan Vihar Senior Secondary Public School from the year 2000 to 2014, where they completed their schooling from L.K.G to 12th grade. Following that, from 2014 to 2018, they enrolled at the Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and obtained a Bachelor's of Technical Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Palash Balani has acquired several certifications. Palash completed a course on Customer Service Success: Take Your Skills to the Next Level from Udemy in April 2023 and obtained certifications in Scrum Master and Key Account Management from LinkedIn in March 2022. Furthermore, they obtained certificates in Core PHP from CDAC ATC Jaipur in June 2017, and in C++ and C language from Ambition Software in August 2015 and January 2015, respectively. Lastly, they achieved a Performance Certificate from the Central Board of Secondary Education in January 2012.
