Eduardo Cardoso Mendes serves as a Technology Associate Manager at EloGroup since July 2020, leading the Technology Tower and engaging in strategic decisions and leadership development while managing automation projects and tech consulting. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant, where Eduardo managed system development and digital transformation projects, demonstrating expertise in team management, strategic planning, and agile methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at Raízen as Operations Supervisor, where Eduardo managed a team at a Fuel Distribution Terminal, and various internships and roles in project management, quality control, and research during academic pursuits at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and other organizations. Eduardo holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and is currently completing postgraduate studies in Coding & Tech Journey at FIAP.
