Pablo Magalhães

Pablo Magalhães is a Data Science Analyst at EloGroup since May 2025, with prior experience as a Hyperautomation Developer and PMO at Inter from December 2023 to May 2025, where Pablo led the Customer Experience Automation initiative. In this role, responsibilities included AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and overseeing Jira management. Pablo also designed serverless pipelines and microservices, developed automation bots, and performed data science and engineering tasks. Key accomplishments include significantly reducing SLA for account access closure. Additional experience includes a Back End Intern role at Dito CRM, where responsibilities involved developing integrations, and earlier positions at iJunior UFMG ranging from Tech Lead Front End to Project Advisor. Pablo is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
