Alison Doherty

Alison Doherty currently serves as the Associate Director of Career Services for the School of Communications at Elon University, alongside the role of Director of the PACE Program, having joined the institution in August 2019. In this capacity, Alison provides career advising for students and alumni, facilitates professional development programming, and collaborates with campus partners to enhance career initiatives. Prior to this role, Alison held positions at The University of Georgia, where responsibilities included managing experiential learning activities and advising student ambassadors, as well as engaging in various educational and wellness programming roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education from Elon University.
