Bilal Ghandour

Bilal Ghandour, Ph.D., serves as an Associate Professor of Psychology at Elon University since August 2015 and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Pediatric and Family Behavioral Health since April 2019. With a background in treating teens and adults experiencing emotional distress manifested through self-harm, body-image issues, and addiction, Bilal Ghandour previously worked as a psychologist at Southeast Psych from September 2009 to April 2019. Additionally, Bilal Ghandour held adjunct faculty positions at Queens University of Charlotte and Winthrop University from January 2010 to May 2015. Academic qualifications include a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology from Yale School of Medicine and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, complemented by degrees in Social Psychology, Philosophy, and Communication Arts, as well as a foundational degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut.
