Jennifer Strawley serves as the Director of Athletics at Elon University since August 2023. Prior to this role, Strawley spent over a decade at the University of Miami, where positions included Senior Deputy Director of Athletics, Deputy Director of Athletics - COO, Interim Director of Athletics, and Senior Associate Athletics Director. Additionally, experience includes serving as the Director of Academic and Membership Affairs for the NCAA from 2010 to 2012 and as Associate Athletics Director at Columbia University from 2007 to 2010. Strawley's extensive background in athletics administration began at the NCAA from 1998 to 2007 with roles including Director of Membership Services and Student-Athlete Reinstatement, as well as an Enforcement Services Intern.
