Laura Kappert

Laura Kappert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise solutions and IT billing services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions at Elon University since January 2010, Laura has held various leadership roles including Director of Application Technologies. Prior to this, Laura contributed to the telecommunications sector at CenturyTel and Madison River Communications, where significant achievements included converting billing systems and implementing third-party software, leading to substantial cost savings. Earlier career roles at GlaxoWellcome and Duke Clinical Research Institute revolved around system analysis and programming for marketing and financial applications. Laura holds an MBA in Information Systems from City University of Seattle and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
