Andy Li

Founder at Eloncity

Andy Li has over 20 years of work experience. Andy started their career in 1995 as a Principle Engineer at Cisco Systems. In 2006, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent as Deputy Chief Engineer, IPD APAC. In 2007, they became the CTO at ChinaCache. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Alibaba Cloud Computing Company as an Alibaba Fellow, Infrastructure Architecture, where they worked on hVDC and Data Center Fabric with packet buffer against microbursts. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Architect at Juniper Networks. In 2013, they worked as a CSO at a startup. In 2014, they joined POMCube Inc. as CTO and acting CEO, where they worked on making grids automatic. In 2017, they founded Eloncity, where they work on decentralizing power infrastructure into millions of self-sufficient microgrids.

Andy Li attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1990 to 1992, studying Computer Engineering.
