Simon Knoblauch Thomsen has a diverse work experience. Simon Knoblauch began their career in 2013 as the National Director of Talent Management for AIESEC in New Zealand. In 2016, they moved to TDC Group as a Customer Excellence. In 2017, they joined Salesforce as an Associate Success Manager, then later progressed to a Portfolio Success Manager, High Touch Customer Success Manager & Team Lead, and finally a Senior Customer Success Manager & Team Lead. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Customer Success at Solvemate, and most recently in 2022 they became the Head of Revenue Operations & CRM at elopage.

Simon Knoblauch Thomsen has a diverse educational background. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Risskov Gymnasium and studied Social Sciences. Simon Knoblauch then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities Informatics with a specialization in Information Science at Aalborg University from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they continued their studies at Aalborg University and obtained a Master's Degree in Operation and Innovation Management with a specialization in Media Management in 2017. Additionally, Simon has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
