Matthias Finking

Matthias Finking currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Equipment & Service at Elopak Group since September 2025, overseeing global P&L responsibilities for filling machines and service operations while being part of the Global Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Matthias held various positions at GEA Group from April 2020 to August 2025, including Vice President and Managing Director of GEA TDS GmbH & GBS GmbH, with global responsibilities in project management and engineering for the Liquid & Powder Division, as well as leading the Digital Unit. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager position at WITTE Automotive focused on international business development and project management, and roles at Deloitte and Deutsche Bank in risk management and management assistance. Academic qualifications include a PhD and an MBA in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Technische Universität Dortmund.
