Jon Bell, MSN, RN, VA-BC, CEN, is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in emergency and clinical education settings. Currently serving as the Director of Emergency Department & Cardiopulmonary Services at Mount Desert Island Hospital since November 2022, Jon has previously fulfilled roles including Interim Director and Emergency Department Registered Nurse. In addition to hospital responsibilities, Jon operates as an Independent Clinical Education Consultant and Speaker through JABell Consulting, specializing in vascular access education. Jon's consulting roles with organizations such as Eloquest Healthcare, Teleflex Incorporated, and Velano Vascular, Inc., focus on clinical education and hands-on training related to vascular access techniques and devices. Jon's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and an Associate degree in Nursing from Excelsior University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Math from Bob Jones University.
