Melanie Chen

Melanie Chen is the CTO and co-founder of EloraHQ, where they design AI-powered systems that enhance social care conversations in real-time. With over a decade of experience in AI research and product execution, they previously served as an NLP lead at Wellington Management and played a pivotal role in launching Bombora’s successful data product. Melanie has also held senior positions at Walmart, focusing on data science and inventory optimization. They are currently pursuing dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Psychology from Peking University, alongside a Master of Science in Data Science from New York University.
