Stefano Alfonsi

Stefano Alfonsi is currently a Board Director at Elos Medtech. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Aleva Neurotherapeutics SA from August 2021 to May 2022. During their time at Aleva, Stefano increased sales from €50M to €117M and EBITDA from €10.4M to €30M. Stefano also started several direct subsidiaries in ASPAC and EMEA, and completed and integrated 5 acquisitions.

Previously, Stefano served as the CEO of Corin Group from January 2013 to March 2021. During their time at Corin, they increased sales from €230M to €330M and EBITDA from €30M to €45M. Stefano also recruited 300 people for a total of 600, defined and deployed an MBO program for the all company functions and levels, and restructured R&D & Marketing to incorporate Customers input on new products.

Stefano Alfonsi holds an MBA and an Executive Master in Business Management from a top business school. Stefano also has a Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua, where their thesis was on Kinematics C.
