Elpis Impact is a strategic advisory firm for senior leaders in private companies who need more than generic ESG guidance. They need advice that's sharp, credible, and built for how they actually make decisions. Elpis means hope. It's a word chosen deliberately — because we believe that how capital is deployed shapes the world we leave behind.

Launched in March 2024, we are a strategic advisory firm for senior leaders in private companies who need clear, credible ESG guidance that stands up to scrutiny and supports value creation.

The best decisions in defence investment aren't just smart — they're defensible. That's where Elpis Impact comes in. We've built an industry-leading position in responsible defence for private markets, with deep expertise across AI, cyber, and the broader defence ecosystem.

We work with clients to define their defence risk appetite and develop robust frameworks — so they can invest across a complex landscape with confidence, not hesitation.

Our edge is simple: deep expertise in strategic consultancy, risk, defence, and investment, combined in a way that's genuinely rare.
