Elray Search specializes in recruiting operations, manufacturing, business development, and technical leadership for the defense electronics supply chain.

Our clients build the technologies that power national defense—from RF/microwave components and Hi-Rel microelectronics to PCB/PCBA manufacturing, UAV subsystems, EW hardware, rugged embedded computing, and space payload electronics.

We focus on manager through executive-level roles that directly impact production, delivery, and growth—positions where talent gaps slow programs, disrupt customers, or limit revenue.

Core hiring strengths:
Operations Leadership | General Management | Business Development | Capture & Program Management
Manufacturing & Plant Management | Supply Chain & Quality | Technical & Product Leadership
Corporate Finance | Controllership | Contracts | GovCon Operations

We understand the pace, complexity, and compliance pressures facing mid-market defense manufacturers and subsystem suppliers. Our searches prioritize leaders who can scale production, drive throughput, stabilize teams, and deliver on mission-critical customer commitments.

Technical & domain focus:
RF/Microwave Components | EW & C5ISR Hardware | Hi-Rel Microelectronics
PCB/PCBA & EMS | UAV Avionics & Payloads | Rugged Embedded Computing
Space Payload Electronics | Tactical Communications | SATCOM
Secure & Software-Defined Radios | Sensor Integration | Defense Manufacturing Leadership

We partner with mid-size defense electronics manufacturers—organizations that need a search partner who understands their technical environment and delivers quickly without sacrificing quality.

If your teams build mission-critical hardware for DoD or national security programs, we help you hire the leadership that keeps those programs moving.
