Claire Weil

Claire Weil is a dedicated researcher and evaluator with 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL), particularly in humanitarian emergency response and global health. They have designed and managed complex research projects for various international organizations, NGOs, and UN entities in challenging environments. Currently serving as an Evaluation Consultant at Elrha and involved in multiple consultancy roles related to health and humanitarian initiatives, Claire is fluent in English and French, and has working proficiency in Spanish. They hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford.
