Rachelle Guzal

Rachelle Guzal is currently the Director of Enterprise Resources Planning at Elroy Air. Before joining Elroy Air, they worked at AccelerEd as an IT Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing PeopleSoft ERP operations and leading an agile scrum team for data transformation and migration. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant at UMUC Ventures.

Rachelle also has experience at Textron Systems, where they served as an Oracle ERP Developer and Project Manager. Rachelle'srole involved leading system implementation projects, working with external vendors and internal stakeholders, and providing support for Oracle SCM system.

Earlier in their career, Rachelle worked at AAI Corporation as an Engineering Application/Data Analyst and Configuration Management Analyst. Rachelle'sresponsibilities included implementing enterprise project management systems, standardizing program management processes, and developing data and process governance strategies.

Rachelle started their career as a Business Analyst at the State of Maryland, WIC.

Rachelle Guzal obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a BBS in CIS with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Texas State University from 1998 to 2000.
