Justin Rowe possesses extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer at ELS Surveying & Mapping since March 2018, where responsibilities include month-end G/L closing, A/R and A/P supervision, payroll, tax reporting, and budgeting. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Ramona A. Butler, CPA, and held the position of Finance Director at Heaton Eye Associates, overseeing financial statements, payroll, and account reconciliation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tax Accountant and Managerial Accountant at Brookshire Grocery Company, focusing on month-end closings, financial statement preparation, and retail financial management. Justin holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and an educational background from Tyler Junior College.
