Jérôme CHATRON

Jérôme Chatron is the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at ELSAN, where they oversee human resources for multiple clinics in the Atlantic Territory. With around fifteen years of experience in human resources, they have previously held roles such as Responsable affaires sociales at Seris Security and Directeur des Ressources Humaines et Relations Sociales at Adapei-Aria de Vendée. Jérôme also worked as a Juriste droit social at Arte Charpentier and as Responsable RH at SIGMA INFORMATIQUE, where they provided comprehensive support and management in various HR functions. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université d'Angers.
