They previously served as a Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners and have held board member positions at several companies, including Malteries Soufflet, Mediawan, and ELSAN. Jerome earned dual MBAs from London Business School and Columbia Business School, alongside a Master's degree from ESCP Europe.
