Damira Mullina

Damira Mullina has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Starting in 2008, they worked at Malakut Insurance Brokers as a Reinsurance Broker and later as Director of International Aviation Treaties. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Director of Business Development, contributing to a successful bidding for a major account. From 2012 to 2018, Damira worked at Malakut Insurance Brokers (Asia) Ltd, first as Director of Marketing and Business Development, where they implemented a successful marketing strategy, and later as an Executive Director overseeing overseas operations. In 2022, they joined BeachSearcher as an investor, contributor, and IR Advisor. Lastly, in 2023, they became the Internal Operations Lead at elseco.

Damira Mullina pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Finance from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Damira later attended Cass Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management. Recently, they completed the General Management Programme at ESCP Business School. Additionally, Damira has obtained the ACII certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2013.
