Akram Mohamed Seif

Akram Mohamed Seif is an HR Section Head and HR Business Partner at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC since September 2020, responsible for the performance management cycle and employee engagement analysis. With previous roles as Regional Talent Acquisition Section Head and Talent Acquisition Partner for West Africa, Akram has a solid background in recruitment and talent management. Prior to joining ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC, experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer and Technical Office Engineer at ECG Engineering Consultants Group S.A. included comprehensive electrical design and construction oversight. Akram also held a position as a French Technical Support Engineer at Schneider Electric, providing technical assistance across Africa and the Middle East. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Power and Machines from Ain Shams University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Additional certifications in Human Resources Management were obtained from The American University in Cairo.
