Marwa Aziz

Marwa Aziz is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of experience in organizational development and total rewards. Currently serving as the Group OD & Total Rewards Senior Manager at Elsewedy Electric since November 2017, Marwa acts as the global focal point for OD, performance management, and total rewards across all subsidiaries. Prior roles include significant positions at Etisalat Misr, where responsibilities encompassed the management of HR compensation policies and manpower planning, as well as performance management tasks. Marwa's earlier experience includes HR roles at Berlitz Language Centers and operational control at Epic Global Teleradiology.
